Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cheeses are melted and smooth.,Add Kimchi: Stir in the chopped kimchi and kimchi juice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.,Assemble and Bake (Optional): Transfer the mixture to an air fryer safe skillet or small baking dish. Top with the air-fried jackfruit carnitas.,Air Fry or Bake: Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly browned.
